PREMIUM LISTINGS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

 

If I choose a Free listing, can I upgrade to Premium after making an account?

Yes, absolutely! To upgrade your Free account to Premium, click on 'Business Listings' in the sidebar of your dashboard and select 'Summary' to access the listing summary window. Under the 'Product' section, select the 'Premium' option and click 'Change Product'. An invoice will be generated in your 'Invoices' tab. Once the invoice is paid and the subscription begins, your plan will automatically be upgraded.

Can I downgrade from a Premium listing to a Free listing?

Definitely! To cancel your Premium listing subscription, head to the 'Manage Subscriptions' link, which will open up a Customer Billing Portal via Stripe. From there, simply click 'Cancel Plan' and your subscription will be cancelled. Please note that all cancellations are effective immediately and your Premium listing will become inactive. To list a Free listing, you will have to create a new listing under the Free product. Please bear in mind that with downgrades, all the extra information, events and services listings will also become inactive. If you choose to restart a Premium plan, you will have to set these up again.

Do you offer refunds on subscription plans?

As stated in our Terms Of Service (p. 3.5.) we are unable to provide refunds for any invoices that have been paid for. It is best to cancel your subscription close to the end of your billing cycle to make the most out of it. If you submit your cancellation request in between billing cycles, your listing will be cancelled immediately. Should you have any concerns or special requests, please feel free to reach out to us via email and we will be happy to assist you with your enquiry.

 


 

DELETING LISTINGS & ACCOUNT

 

How do I completely remove my listing and account from the directory?

If you no longer wish to be listed on the directory or would like to close your account, please email us your request and we will action it for you.

I made a mistake while creating my listing, how do I delete it and start again?

At the moment, there is no option to delete listings (it's something we are working on implementing) but you can either edit the listing or email us your request and we will action it for you. If you wish to change your primary category, please send us an email and we can change it for you.

My advertised event is over, how do I delete the listing?

Currently, there is no option to delete listings (it's something we are working on implementing) but you can email us your request and we will action it for you. Your number of event listing submissions is unlimited, so if you wish to keep the listing up post-event, please feel free to do so.

 


 

MANAGING LISTINGS

 

Where can I find my listing statistics?

Each business, event or service listing has its own set of analytics. To find this data, navigate to the relevant listing in your dashboard and click ‘Summary’. Here you will find the number of impressions, website clicks and phone views.

I can't find a suitable category for my business, event or service, can you please add it to the directory?

We are always open to suggestions for new categories to appear in the directory. If you believe we are missing your category, please send us an email and we will consider adding it in.
